.A Lamentation To Sanity.

Such was the existence of a thing named sanity

T’was a loss of great misfortune, t’was brought upon me

Lonely, reserved, perhaps utterly quiet, it might seem

Curls of endless laces of a never-ending dream

Toes of cold warmth touch the scalp of knowledge seeping through it

Uncaring, apathetic, perhaps even emotionless like a swirling pit

Feel… caress… embrace me, till the day you pass on to another

Whisper, say, promise… that one day, you’ll be better than ever

My sanity

My piece of mind

My sanity

No where to be found
