..a promising new school year..
.I have to admit… I haven’t been seriously applying myself in a satisfying way when it comes to my academics and general schoolwork. Usually, I would only take English, Arts or anything I’m compatible with as a student and person seriously. Now, I’m starting to regret what I used to believe in. I can do more than just draw, I can be more than just a walking dictionary. I was sure I was satisfied with just that… but now that I think about, I don’t think it’s enough.
.I’ll take advantage of the average human’s susceptibility to greed, and strive for more. MORE I SAY. I’ll study every day. I’ll only watch anime or whatever show on Weekends – unless a certain show’s on a certain day, but I won’t watch it unless I get my homework done – and work on the computer only for work. I won’t do anything else. It will be hard to do so… but I’m willing to sacrifice time just so I could make my family proud of me for once…
.Plus, I want a laptop 8D

1. Even if it’s just the first day, start being serious.
2. Take down notes. Don’t get distracted by anything or anyone, for that matter, in fear of you losing concentration and consequently losing the opportunity to write down notes. THIS IS A MUST IF TEACHER LECTURES FAST.
3. Your schedule must be taken seriously. When it’s Trigonometry – it’s Trigonometry. A chemist is for Chemistry. DO NOT FOCUS ON OTHER SUBJECTS IN OTHER SUBJECTS.
4. After returning from school – if you do not have an assignment or homework – study on the current lesson, starting from the lesson you found the most confusing. This will be helpful in your pursuit for knowledge, and can influence you to start reading more often.
5. When doing homework, make sure that the atmosphere is strictly for homework-doing only. Television, games, and all other distracting gadgets – unless you normally listen to you iPod when reading – must be ignored or taken out of the learning space.
6. You’ll never know when a quiz will magically pop up – study a lot. This is reminiscent of the fourth rule, but it’s still a rule.
7. Projects need to be taken seriously. If you are the leader, make sure that your members take you seriously and are willing to listen to whatever you say and cooperate with the others. If you’re not the leader, then please – cooperate with the leader and be considerate enough to understand that he or she is doing his or her best – unless he or she is a slacker, which is unforgivable – and pay close attention to the instructions. If your leader is a slacker or… a prime suspect of being a slacker, then it won’t hurt to be prepared, right?
8. Quarterly Exams in two weeks! What are you waiting for? Go on a strict recreational-LOCKDOWN and prepare for the tests. You could always hang out with friends, after, mwehehehe..
9. Be nice and respectful towards your teachers. No matter how annoying they may be, no matter how vicious they are, no matter how much you want to tell them to STFU, please — be nice. You can always bash them in your blog after studying, hah, hah…
10. Finally… follow the rules. PLEASE. No matter how lazy YOU get — I MEAN YOU — or how tired you are, PLEASE — make the effort to actually do something with your life. Self, you are capable of doing more than just provide an artistic hand or become the voice of all those who are void of English — be what you can be. Pursue for more, not stick with what you have! When it comes to knowledge, girl — oh knowledge is a jar full of honey and money, baby! — you actually need to work for it. PLEASE… exert a little effort, okay? You’re not gonna do this for anyone else but you… and that means me, too.

.Well… there you go. ._____________. I’ll try not to get distracted, terror-self. (mutters under her breath) This is for me. ME ONLY. But if you found it helpful, you can follow it too. Just be committed with what you do, OK? Don’t come cryin’ to me when things don’t go your way…
.Have a nice day, everyone ^_^
